‘Aadhar Stambha’ to help needy patients
THE life is full of uncertanity and particularly when one faces medical emergency and distress,a timely help from good Samaritan often saves the situation. One such laudable initiative to lend a helping hand to those in distress due to medical problems has been launched by two young women-Meenal Amol Kale and Suwarna Rohit Padole aptly titled “Aadhar Stambha”.
Using their own goodwill kale and Padole tied uo with Utkarsh Hospital run by Dr Tushar Pande and Dr Rajshree Pande in Manish Nagar area to conduct free medical camps and also bear some expenditure required to provide medical care to needy patients. In the very first free check-up camp,53 patients were examined.According to Meenal Kale, the main aim of Aadhar Stambha is to create awareness about growing cancer among children and to help the needy patients who can not afford the expensive treatment.Though the organisation is in nascent stage, both Meenal and Suwarna have decided to make it more wider so that in time of despair, it will be a great support system to patients and their relatives.
