Medical emergency is a cause for tremendous emotional and financial stress for families who are from under poverty line and especially when it’s about their children. The expenses for critical diseases are beyond spending capacity of many such people.

The main aim of AADHAAR STAMBHA is to provide financial assistance to those patients suffering from various critical diseases. There is a large section in the society who cant afford such treatment and financial inability is one of the most important reasons and challenge for them.

To apply for Financial Aid, please perform the Online Registration Form or Download and Fill the form to be submitted during office hours (9.30 am to 5.30 pm) Monday to Friday.

Please note that forms and other documents should be submitted in person by the patient or an immediate family member of the patient only, and not through email or post.
